Almost anyone can own a business and some that do know nothing about how the work is done. You may as the owner be required to have a contractor’s Licenses. Showing that you know the laws as they relate to this field/ This may be different in your state. Your responsibility to the business as the owner would be to provide good service to your customers. Have you looked at the costs of starting this? Are you going to buy the employees trucks to drive? What are your Cost for insurance? Dont forget Liability, if you drop a 10ton AC thru a roof how are you protected? Do you have 2 years of capital to run the company if you dont make a penny? Good luck I hope this helps!

Assuming you are sure your existing unit is doing all it can or old etc, first of all you would need a whole new unit changing the condenser won’t improve much with out upgrading the circulator as well,
I just did my house and it made all the difference in the world my house is 1200sq and cost $4500 for a new condenser and circulator replace copper tubes et. your cost approx $5000-$6000 depending if unit must be larger etc.

Take your left hand and gently grip the temp knob and pull so that the side of the MCC panel dislodges itself slighty. Using a hook tool, insert the hook behind the face of the unit and pull it towards you. Pull it just enough so that you can now firmly grab the unit with your fingers. Do the same to the other side. Pull the entire unit out of its perch. Note: There are no screws holding this unit in. When the 2 connectors are visible, use a small screwdriver inserted at the small slot between the red connector and the body of the unit. Open the connector until you hear or feel a detent click. This is as far you will have to go to disengage the connector from the unit.
Installation is the reverse of the above. If you look closely you will see three black bulb sockets. Twist the sockets counterclockwise and remove the affected one. Go to your SAAB dealer and have them give you the correct bulb. I believe it is a 5 watt bulb. Note, if the headlamp switch is not in the extreme left position, the MCC panel will not illuminate.

Any time you can install the condensing unit in the shade rather than direct sun or roof top will lengthen the life of the unit considerably. It doesn’t have to work as hard to do the same job of cooling the freon. 30′ of lineset is well within the lenght limitations. You will need additional freon.

Talk to your HVAC installers. Usually it’s some ductwork and fuel line changes and some muscle.

You can always add on HVAC. You’re going to need a commercial contractor, and get a good one. Hope you’ve got deep pockets.
