I overlooked my building HVAC Maintenance appointment (via postie)
Is this going to make my electric bill go up? (I pay for utilities.)
I live in an apartment house with one HVAC heat pump unit. I was out of town the one day they did the maintenance for the year. I’m confidently sure this unit hasn’t been serviced for several years.
And what do the service guys do specifically?
I know my landowner doesn’t do this over again until at least next year and I don’t have any earnings to pay a service guy.
