Almost anyone can own a business and some that do know nothing about how the work is done. You may as the owner be required to have a contractor’s Licenses. Showing that you know the laws as they relate to this field/ This may be different in your state. Your responsibility to the business as the owner would be to provide good service to your customers. Have you looked at the costs of starting this? Are you going to buy the employees trucks to drive? What are your Cost for insurance?
