After finding and reading the complaints I saw on websites, I had reservations surrounding ordering from ApplianceZone.com. Fortunately, common sense kicked in and I remembered that for every spoken pissed-off customer, you don’t see the hundreds of silent satisfied ones. I am glad to say that my transaction with ApplianceZone proved that I was correct – I got positive service, correct parts at half the cost of Sears and very quick delivery.
A few things before completing your order. 1) Assure that you recorded the right part numbers. Check several of the other websites that list the parts you need and make sure they all agree with the same part information for your model appliance. 2) Before paying for faster shipping, contact with ApplianceZone to confirm that they have all the parts for your order on hand.
