What to do, I overlooked my unit HVAC Maintenance day (via postie)
Is this about to make my electric charges sky-rocket? (I pay for utilities.)
I live in an tenement with one HVAC unit. I was away that specific day they did the annual maintenance for the year. I’m almost certain this unit hasn’t had service for several years.
And what do the service people do?
I know my landlady will not do this over again until at least next year and I don’t have any earnings to pay anyone.
My contractor does furnace service Glenn Allen.
