How to schedule service calls?

I work at a company where we fix appliances for people in their homes. the problem between my boss, his son, and the office manager (me) we are never on the same page.
How can we sync so that we all know Everything thats going on? any solutions?
by the way my boss doesnt use computers and his son goes in and out the office.

    If your boss doesn’t use computers he should start. Either way, I would recommend that you take advantage of the callender in Outlook. Everyday have the pages printed for him and if he schedules anything you can update it in your calender.

    Take control of the scheduling! Sometimes we have to manage our managers just as much as our subordinates.
