After seeing the complaints I discovered on websites, I had feelings about ordering from ApplianceZone.com. Fortunately, common sense kicked in and I convinced myself that for each vocal pissed-off customer, there are hundreds of unspoken satisfied ones. I am here to say that my experience with ApplianceZone proved that I was right – I got good service, specific replacements at half the cost of Sears and very quick delivery.
A few points to keep in mind before sending in your order. 1) Assure that you have the exact part numbers. Verify with several of the other sites that have the parts you need and confirm they all agree with the same part numbers for your model machine. 2) In advance of paying for expedited shipping, contact with ApplianceZone to verify that they have all the parts for your order on hand.
